To improve our Site. We continually strive to improve our Site offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you. iii. To improve customer service. Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. v. To administer a contest, promotion, survey, or other Site feature. vi. To send periodic emails. The email address you provide for order processing will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. vii. To serve you more relevant advertisements via Google AdWords and Bing Ads on other websites you visit, including Google and other sites (remarketing). This could be an advertisement on the Google or Bing search results pages or on a site in the Google Display Network. viii. To better understand the behavior of our customers and website visitors, we use Google Analytics’ 3rd-party audience data such as gender, interests, and age. 5) E-mail communications

E-mail is not necessarily secure against all forms of interception. If your communication includes sensitive information about you and you would prefer not to transmit this information in this fashion, please contact us by mail or telephone rather than e-mail. We collect only those e-mail addresses that are volunteered by the visitor, through e-mail messages addressed to our company or its employees, or through visitor responses via the “contact us” portion of the Site, e-mail marketing destination web pages and public events. We use the lists of e-mail addresses for marketing purposes and to inform those interested in our products about events, products, services, or other items of interest. We may use a mailing address or phone number that a visitor provides for a variety of NuWatt Energy-related reasons. We may send periodic mailings to visitors or make telephone calls to inform those visitors who have provided a mailing address or telephone number of new products, services or events. 7) Do we use cookies?

Yes. We will review the information provided and may request additional information via email or other means to ensure we are interacting with the correct individual. Please also be aware that making any such request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal or deletion of Personal Information or content you may have posted, and there may be circumstances in which the law does not require or allow us to fulfill your request.

Children

Our Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 16. If you learn that a child has provided us with Personal Information, then you may contact us as indicated above.

Do Not Track

NuWatt Energy does not currently take steps to respond to browsers’ “Do Not Track” signals as no uniform standard to respond to such signals has been developed at this time.

12) California Online Privacy Protection Act compliance

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We, therefore, will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent. As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our Site may make any changes to their information at any time in writing by contacting NuWatt Energy (see “Contact Us”).

13) Children's Online Privacy Protection Act compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our Site, products, and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
