AI Voice Agent Disclosure

NuWatt Energy uses AI-powered voice agents to follow up on service inquiries submitted through our website. By providing your phone number and requesting information about our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• AI voice agents are not human representatives. They are powered by artificial intelligence technology and do not constitute communication with a live person.
• Identification: Our AI voice agents will identify themselves as AI-powered at the beginning of each call.
• Recording: Calls with our AI voice agents may be recorded for quality assurance, compliance, and training purposes. You will be notified of recording at the start of each call.
• Transfer to human: You may request a transfer to a live human representative at any time during a call with our AI agent.
• Operating hours: AI voice agents operate during business hours only, typically 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday. We do not place automated calls on federal holidays.
• Call frequency: We limit the number of call attempts to a reasonable amount and will not call you repeatedly if you do not answer.

Call Recording

Calls between you and NuWatt Energy — whether with AI voice agents or human representatives — may be recorded and monitored for the following purposes:
