Digital signatures captured through our proposal system indicate the homeowner's intent to proceed and authorize NuWatt Energy to begin the design and permitting process. The binding installation agreement, including final pricing, scope of work, equipment specifications, and warranty terms, is a separate document that will be provided prior to installation commencement.
The ClimaIQ mobile application is a professional tool designed for use by trained HVAC sales representatives and technicians. Use of the app, including LiDAR room scanning, Manual J calculations, equipment sizing, and proposal generation, is subject to these Terms of Use. Data collected through the ClimaIQ app (including photographs, room measurements, and equipment information) is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of providing heat pump evaluation and installation services. The ClimaIQ app's privacy practices are governed by our Privacy Policy.
