General

These Terms of Use are applicable to this application (the Application) created by NuWatt Energy.

Please note that specific pages or material on the Application may have their own conditions. The use of such pages or material is subject to those conditions as well as these Terms of Use. By accessing this Application you agree to those specific conditions which apply (if any) and these Terms of Use. If there is a conflict between the specific conditions and these Terms of Use, the specific conditions shall prevail.

Use of Application

While the Application, its content and any of the information on it (together the Content) is published in good faith, NuWatt Energy makes no warranty or representation about the Content including as to it being free of errors or omissions and its completeness or correctness.

This Application is for use as general information and guidance only. Users of the Application must make their own enquiries by using the services of authorised air conditioning specialists or professionals prior to purchasing any air conditioning products.

NuWatt Energy excludes to the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability which may arise as a result of the use of the Content.

NuWatt Energy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising out of use of the Content, including loss of business profits and loss of sales.

Panasonic reserves the right to change, amend or delete the Content from time to time and without notice. NuWatt Energy reserves the right to change, amend or delete the Content from time to time and without notice.

NuWatt Energy's obligations with respect to its products and services are governed solely by the agreements under which they are provided. Nothing on the Application should be construed to alter or form part of such agreement. Competitors and entities engaged in the same business should not use the Application for any reason.

Copyright

Copyright in the Content, including but not to limited to text, photographs, images, pictures, music, audio, audio visual and any other work provided by NuWatt Energy belongs to its owners or licensors.

Duplication, public transmission, modification, deletion or reproduction of the Content without the express permission of the copyright holder, whether NuWatt Energy, the original author or another entity, is prohibited except for printing and storage for personal use or other specific use permitted under copyright law.

Trade marks, etc.

Rights to the trade marks, logos and product names appearing on the Application belong to NuWatt Energy, Panasonic or to other entities. The use of any trade marks, logos and product names without permission from NuWatt Energy, Panasonic or the right holder is prohibited, except for specific use permitted under trade mark law or other laws. You are requested to contact NuWatt Energy before making use of any trade marks, logos or product names appearing on the Application.

Linking to the Application

Prior approval must be obtained from NuWatt Energy to link to the Application. Approval to link to the Application will be refused if any of the following is or is suspected to be the case:

• if the application linking to the Application is defamatory to NuWatt Energy, its officers or employees
• if the application linking to the Application contains content that may damage the goodwill and reputation of NuWatt Energy
• if the format of the link makes it unclear that the material it references comes from the Application
• if the link is presented in a manner that suggests a collaborative or cooperative relationship between the application and NuWatt Energy or that NuWatt Energy certifies or supports the application on which the link appears; or
• if the link is considered by NuWatt Energy to be inappropriate for any other reason.
• If the link is designed to divert traffic away from NuWatt Energy.

If approval is given by NuWatt Energy to another application operation to link to the Application then the application operation must comply with the following:

• may link but not replicate the Content without NuWatt Energy's consent
• must not create a browser or border environment around the Content without NuWatt Energy's consent
• must not imply that NuWatt Energy is endorsing it or its products or services without NuWatt Energy's consent
• must not misrepresent its relationship with NuWatt Energy
• must not present false, misleading or disparaging information about NuWatt Energy's products or services
• must not use NuWatt Energy's trademarks without permission from NuWatt Energy; and
• must not contain content that could be construed as distasteful, offensive or controversial and should contain only content that is appropriate for all age groups.

NuWatt Energy may at any time require removal of any link to the Application even if approval has previously been granted.

NuWatt Energy makes no representation or warranty, either expressed or implied, as to the content of any application linked to or from the Application. NuWatt Energy recommends that you check the conditions of use, privacy policy etc of applications linked to or from the Application before accessing those applications.
