NuWatt Energy references third-party EV charger manufacturers, product names, and model numbers throughout our commercial EV charging content. We do this under the doctrine of nominative fair use, which permits using a trademark to identify the actual product or service being discussed, provided that (a) the product cannot reasonably be identified without using the mark, (b) we use only so much of the mark as is necessary, and (c) we do not suggest sponsorship or endorsement.
We reference these brands so that our customers can make informed purchasing decisions across the full commercial EV charging landscape. NuWatt deploys hardware from many manufacturers, but we are an independent installer — we are not an authorized reseller or dealer for most of the brands we reference, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them unless explicitly stated.
Every product detail page on our site includes an individual trademark attribution footer naming the specific trademark owner and affirming our non-affiliation. This page aggregates those statements into one place for reference.

Images sourced from the manufacturer's public press kit, used with attribution and in accordance with the manufacturer's press-use terms.
Original photography of NuWatt-installed sites, or AI-generated installation-context imagery clearly marked as such. Owned by NuWatt Energy. No third-party trademark appears in these images.
Note on DCFC PDPs: The ABB Terra HP, Kempower C-Series, and Tritium PKM150 product images displayed on our PDPs are manufacturer product photographs sourced via authorized retailer CDNs and used under nominative fair use to identify each product. Each image carries an attribution line crediting the manufacturer.
