The Section 30C Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit covered 30% of EV charger equipment and installation costs, up to $1,000 for residential installations. The OBBBA accelerated its expiration from the original December 2032 date, and the residential credit expired June 30, 2026 — it is no longer available. The RI charger incentives below now do the heavy lifting.
