What's tricky

JuiceNet suffered multiple multi-day outages in 2023 and one in 2024 — if uptime is a hard SLA, pair with load-share failover.
Enel X Americas went through a 2023 restructuring that disrupted support; response times have since stabilized but remain slower than ChargePoint.
OCPP 1.6J is only on the commercial variant (JuiceBox Pro / Enterprise) — the standard JuiceBox 40 ships without OCPP.
RMA process historically required shipping the unit back (no local swap) — plan for 2–3 week downtime on warranty claims.
