Multifamily installs with back-end billing integration typically add $150–$300 per port for SWTCH or Xeal commissioning.
The federal Section 30C credit expired June 30, 2026. If the Pulsar Plus was placed in service by that date at a property in an eligible census tract, the residential credit — up to 30% of cost, capped at $1,000 per household — can still be claimed on IRS Form 8911 for that tax year. New installs receive no federal credit; state and utility rebates and off-peak charging rates carry the economics now.
